Your appointments are very important to the members of SXI Hair by Lexie, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice to cancel will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount and will not be permitted to reschedule another appointment until this is paid.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and will not be permitted to reschedule another appointment until this is paid.

Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled 24hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Late arrivals may be denied and charge 50% of the reserved service amount.

NEW CLIENT CANCELATION POLICY

All new and first-time clients are required to pay a non-refundable $150 deposit (depending on the size of the service being requested). The deposit will be applied to the balance of your appointment on the day of. You can pay your deposit here.

New Clients who have booked a large colour correction or large appointment in general, must cancel before 72 hours of their booked appt or they will lose their deposit.

Late arrivals will not be refunded the deposit, and may be denied service.

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our salon team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. SXI Hair by Lexie policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business day prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

SALON POLICIES & RULES

There are no guests, spouses, friends, children, or pets, permitted to join your appointment at any time

Please do not arrive early for your appointment, unless agreed upon with your stylist

Please do not arrive late for your appointment, as this may result in having to pay 50% or your service in order to reschedule

We reserve the right to deny all persons that we deem to be intoxicated, inappropriate, unkind or that make us feel unsafe

We reserve the right to use our professional judgement to deny service to any client, should we believe that it would be against out better judgement to do so

Prices are subject to increase at any time, and prices will vary depending on length and thickness of hair

We at SXI Hair by Lexie want our clients to know that we use only professional grade products for colouring, styling, and treating your hair. With that being said, there is still always a possibility that you may be allergic or irritated by the products used. We are not responsible for any reaction that may occur while during, or after your hair appointment and we advise the client to seek immediate medical attention.

We at SXI Hair by Lexie are not responsible for any injury, slip or fall, that occurs within, on or surrounding our property.
